- For administration of your LBGQT+ Walnut membership and to communicate with you about your LGQBT+ membership
- For the provision of LGBQT+ services and for events administration
- To communicate with you (via LGQBT+ newsletter or similar) about forthcoming events and other matters which are considered likely to be of interest to you as a member of LGBQT+.
We only use what we need. Every effort is made to ensure that we only collect and use personal information if we need it to deliver a service. We will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes referred to above.
You can unsubscribe at any time. If you do not wish to receive any emails from us you can tell us by emailing your request to LGBTWalnut@gmail.com with "View, amend, or delete the personal information that LGBQT+ Walnut hold" in the subject line of your email.
We will not share your personal information with external third parties without your permission or unless we are required to do so by law.

We will do all we can to ensure that we hold records about you (whether in paper form or electronically) in a secure way. We have controls in place to ensure only those who need to view the personal information can access it.
